There are three classes of FMCA Membership. To apply, download the PDF file of the application appropriate for you.

IMPORTANT: Professional and Associate applicants may apply online and pay by credit card. Contractors must submit a written application, accompanied by required proof of insurance and licensing.

Membership Classes

• CONTRACTOR Members must be licensed, insured professional marine builders. First year dues are $500.

  Contractor applicants must provide a description of five marine contracting projects completed in the past three years, evidence of bonding, a contractor's license, and proof of worker's compensation and liability insurance.

• ASSOCIATE Members are companies that manufacture or supply marine construction products, such as boat lifts, decking, fasteners and pilings. First year dues are $500.

• PROFESSIONAL Members are firms that provide services such as legal, accounting, insurance, permitting, repairs and wharfage. First year dues are $500.
