LONGSHORE & HARBOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION ACT:
The FMCA has been working with other groups to foster federal legislation to exempt the marine industry and the marine contractors from the insurance requirement. Of significance, the National Marine Manufacturers Association has joined the effort.
