ALL FMCA Associate, Contractor and Professional Members
are eligible to vote!

Balloting Instructions

Please download the ballot pdf. Make your choices, then write your company name and sign your name on the ballot. Only one ballot per member company.

You may mail your ballot to:

Your mailed ballot must be received by Wednesday, October 8.

You mail email your ballot to: swebster@fmca.us.
Your email must be received by 9AM Thursday, Oct 9.

To use this option, you'll need to print out the ballot, then scan it into a PDF, then email. (Not that tough, but it'll be better once we get voting online for real!)

You may deliver your ballot at the FMCA General Meeting, October 11, at the Marriott on Hutchinson Island. The deadline is 11AM.

We regret that faxed ballots are not an option this year.
